Good for doing light sport such as jogging or casual outing like hiking, but you must adjust the band before wearing it if you have small wrist like me, love the design and functions!

very good watch for small wrist men like me, (around 6'5 inches) i will use this watch for formal ocassion like wedding, friday prayer or visiting family, i am totally happy buying this watch ^_^
